Heidi Hamill, Nutritionist at The Rebel Workout in Denver

Heidi Hamill, Nutritionist

Heidi Hamill is a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition & Dietetics and an AFAA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer. Heidi has been an avid student of movement, health and the human body her entire life through dance, fitness and every outdoor activity her beautiful native Colorado has to offer.


A personal fitness trainer for nearly 5 years, Heidi’s love of food fueled the educational pursuit to dig down to the roots of her client’s struggles for better health and a better way of living. Heidi is a passionate advocate of approaching the whole being to support healing, her focus is on repairing the relationships between us, our bodies and the wonderful & colorful variety of foods we have to chose from.


With a picnic basket full of tools, Heidi will eagerly join the journey to discover the choices that will best fuel you!

Sarah Sandy, Nutritionist

Sarah Jane Sandy is a Functional Nutritionist and Women's Health Expert. She works with clients remotely all over the world through 1:1 consultations, as well as through her brand new highly innovative online program, The Fertility Code – a 12-week protocol designed to prepare the body for conception and a healthy, full-term pregnancy. Sarah developed this online offering to teach women the necessary tools to address the multiple facets that need to be taken into consideration to optimize fertility: food; lifestyle; adrenal, thyroid and gut health; environment; exercise; egg quality; sperm quality; conscious conception; complementary therapies; and more. 


In addition to working with the REBEL community, Sarah runs a busy private nutrition practice working with current elite athletes, retired professional athletes, weekend warriors, women, men, children, and everyone in between. She is passionate about using food as therapy; to heal, to transform, to change, and to nourish. She emphasizes the importance of eating whole, real, pastured, wild caught, traditional, nutrient-dense, properly prepared foods, and believes these are the keys to unlocking one’s most vibrant self. In her clinical experience, she has witnessed the dramatic benefits of implementing simple dietary and lifestyle changes time and time again: stable blood sugar, weight loss, reduced inflammation, fertility enhancement, improved blood lipids, balanced energy levels, improved sleep patterns, reduced allergies, more efficient workouts, and much more.
