Matcha is incredibly high in antioxidants (including cancer-fighting catechins) and is jam packed with quality fats, fiber, and other nutrients that your body craves. Matcha also has an interesting combination of higher caffeine than other teas, mixed with theanine, a relaxing compound that tempers that caffeine. This offers you a healthy dose of calm alertness that also improves your short-term memory, increases your mental alertness, and improves your reaction time.
Plus it tastes absolutely delicious, too.
To make this deliciousness at home, follow the directions below.*
Bulletproof Matcha Latte
1 to 2 tablespoons pure organic coconut oil
1 to 2 tablespoons pure organic unsalted butter or Ghee
½ to 1 teaspoons Matcha Green Tea Powder
1 cup of fresh, filtered water
1 teaspoon of organic agave or organic honey (optional)
Heat water to boiling or just below the boiling point. Combine your hot water, Matcha green tea powder, coconut oil, and butter in a blender or food processor. Blend until frothy and foamy, about 20-30 seconds.** Pour into a cup, relax, and enjoy!

**If you don’t have a blender handy, simply melt your butter first and whisk everything very well.
