Strong is the new sexy and REBEL MissFits is all about strong, sexy ladies!

This 4-week MissFits program is designed so women can work together to gain confidence in lifting heavy and moving with better form and technique.

This program is not a watered-down class, it can be scaled or modified according to each individual's ability. There will be a large emphasis on proper form and technique, which is taught and reinforced throughout class. All levels are appropriate and accommodated in this class. Learn the basics of heavy lifting. Proper form and technique will be the focus in this 60 minute workshop led by Charis and Gina. Workshop will include barbell front and back squats, barbell hip thrust, deadlifts and much more.

REBEL MissFits kicks off on Saturday, October 1st, at 7:30AM with a SKILLS WORKSHOP, which is open to all women. You do not need to do the 4-week program to attend.

Class will run for all of October, with classes on:

Tuesdays at 6:00AM
Thursdays at 6:30PM
Saturdays at 7:30AM

Members :   All 9 Classes for $145     OR     Single Classes for $20 each 
Non Members : All 9 Classes for $175     OR     Single Classes for $25 each
