Pre/Postnatal Training

Our prenatal and postnatal programs cap at 5 women to ensure lots of one on one attention and is led by master trainer Melissa Levy.

Prenatal Training
Until recently, women were advised to exercise only lightly during a pregnancy. We now know differently. Studies show physical activity during pregnancy can have a tremendous positive impact on child and mother.

Safe exercise for an overall strong body is vital for a fit and healthy pregnancy. Strong bodies equates to easier pregnancy, delivery and recovery.

the Rebel prenatal program begins with learning diaphragmatic breathing and core wrapping. Proper breathing and use of the diaphragm, is critical for appropriate core function. The core wrap is extremely important for TA strength and preventing Diastasis Recti (a separation of the abdominal wall at the linea alba).

We recommend our prenatal programs to all mothers, but always consult with your doctor before beginning any exercise program.

Postnatal Training

Build strength and stamina with this “just tough enough” plan. Feel your strength return and reconnect with your core in as few as two weeks. We will help you drop pounds safely, while meeting other new mothers in a group environment. Babies become our resistance training; be prepared to lift, squat, and bounce with your newborn!

Nutrition During Pregnancy

Recent research suggests that a mother’s nutrition during pregnancy is highly influential on the lasting health of a child. Research suggests the 9 months of pregnancy might be the most consequential period of our lives, providing the adequate function to organs such as the heart, liver, and pancreas. These prenatal conditions are also responsible for everything from our metabolism to disease susceptibility to our temperament.

Sarah Sandy, one of our in-house nutrition specialists, offers her Eating for a Healthy Pregnancy Program. The program is designed to teach women exactly what to eat for a healthy pregnancy, vitamins and supplementals most vital to include, what to focus on during each trimester, and other critical factors for a happy, well nourished baby!

In addition to her program, Sarah also offers consultations on a range of pregnancy issues such as morning sickness, nausea, and many other complications during a difficult pregnancy.

Our top trainers have created a system for young athletes, ensuring they understand the core principles of functional training. The programs teach the building blocks of proper alignment and form, in order to prevent injury and maximize athletic potential.

Classes are available one-on-one or in a group setting. Training is sports specific and age appropriate.
