Indoor Cycling & Barre Fusion Class
Build endurance, strength, and long lean muscles in BARRE CYCLE. Dynamic cardio sequences get your heart pumping on the bike and at the barre, targeting the seat, legs, abs, and arms, for sculpted and elongated muscles and a trim and toned physique. There’s never a dull moment as you hit maximum calorie burn - zoning out is not an option.

Indoor Cycling & Barre Fusion Class
Our normal Bike & Barre class but all fit into 50 minutes!

Build endurance, strength, and long lean muscles. You want results and we know how to get them... designed as a sweat-fest combination of intense cardio conditioning followed by core burning moves to improve stability and posture leaving you with a tight and toned midsection!

NOT another spin class…Hop on a REBEL CYCLE for an unpredictable, challenging and fun indoor cycling ride full of hardcore interval drills mapped for endurance, power and speed.

Its all in the name. Half cycle, half core burning! BOOM...  designed as a sweat-fest combination of intense cycle conditioning followed by core isolating moves to improve stability and posture leaving you with a tight and toned midsection!

CYCLE45 + CORE

Indoor Cycling & Core Class
This 45-minute carefully choreographed rhythm ride is high-intensity ride set to the beat of the music. Challenging and fun, combining hills, flats, and sprints for an excellent cardio-focused interval training workout with some sneaky core moves on the bike. The finisher will be 10 minutes of off-the-bike core burning and strengthening!

CYCLE + YOGA

Indoor Cycling & Yoga Class
Where can you get sprint intervals and grueling climbs of a killer cycle class followed by a 30 minute yoga sequence to lengthen the muscles that were just worked.  Improve posture, stamina, and flexibility, and achieve ultimate control and balance within your body with this heart pounding fusion class.

MOTOR (CYCLE)

Strength Training & Indoor Cycling Fusion Class
Maximize calorie burn, build core strength and increase stamina in MOTOR(CYCLE). A mash-up of cycling, strength training, and conditioning drills, where no two workouts are ever the same. Get ready to mix it up with weights, resistance bands, kettlebells, TRX straps and a whole lot more. After class, shake it off in our “whimpering room.”

REBEL

High-Intensity Interval Training Class
Challenging every major muscle group in the body, REBEL pushes limits, testing your strength, will, and mental toughness. An ever-changing combination of movements, exercises, and equipment, REBEL delivers a mind-blowing strength and cardio session. Kettlebells - check. TRX straps - check. Battle ropes - check. Did we mention weight sleds? Heart pumping and sweat streaming, Rebel will put hair on everyone’s chest.  So bring it, beat it, and brag about it!

REBEL IRON

High Intensity Interval Training & Functional Training Class
REBEL IRON is a muscular workout to push your lifting edge. This class will focus on strength using equipment like barbells, kettle bells and free weights. There is a major emphasis on form and proper mechanics so be ready to learn and lift!

REBEL L.I.T.

High-Intensity Interval Training & Low Impact Training Class
Low impact but big results. This 55 minute class, will change weekly with creative and comprehensive workouts to get you working hard without any jarring movements. The goal is to build strength, get your heart rate up and strengthen stabilizer muscle groups all while being kind to your joints. This class will include everything from strength training, functional movement techniques to Pilates and will always end with 8-10 minutes of stretching and myofascial release.

This class is great for anyone looking for a low impact workout that has a few extra bells and whistles. Perfect for those you that have been battling aches and pains, or know you need extra attention. Also Great for Prenatal and post-natal training.

REBEL + MOBILITY

High-Intensity Interval Training & Functional Training Class
Our signature REBEL class followed by 10-15 minutes of mobility work using lacrosse balls, straps, foam rollers and more to release tension in fascia and muscle. Increase range of motion and leave feeling relaxed and ready to rock.

VIBE YOGA

Vinyasa Style Yoga Class
Flow with soul! VIBE Yoga is a vinyasa style practice infused with core strengthening, a little bit of sweat & high-vibe tunes. This class is a moderate intensity, breath-to-movement flow with basic yoga postures that will warm you up and stretch you out. Come feel the VIBE. A yoga flow friendly to all levels.
