5 Questions with REBEL Client Kara

Oh hey there, REBEL fam!  This month our client spotlight happens to be one of our badass REBEL Ambassadors - Kara!

 

So, Kara, tell us all about yourself. Who are you and how’d you find us here at REBEL?

Equal parts REBEL, Sales Manager, Group Fitness Instructor, and Blogger - I’m all in on TRW since moving to Denver. A friend and workout buddy at Equinox in DC pointed me towards REBEL and I’ve been hooked for the last 3 months! I love a group workout, traveling, cooking + testing new recipes, running with my pup, good wine, and self development books.  

 

What does a typical day in your life look like?

It kicks off with a morning walk with my goldendoodle, Brody. Then it’s the ol’ 9-5 grind as a software sales manager. I usually round out the day with a REBEL class, corepower yoga, or a run in Wash Park, and then I unwind with a book or some kind of political drama on Netflix.

 

Go-to pre- and post-workout snack?

A homemade smoothie bowl. You can find my favorite recipes on my blog - www.takekarayou.com!

 

What results have you seen since becoming a REBEL?

I feel STRONG. My core stability and overall balance has progressed quickly.

 

Favorite way to sweat outside of TRW?

Either at SoulCycle (coming soon to DEN) or Corepower Yoga Sculpt.

 

What's the best part about being a REBEL?

The community is there when you want a challenge, accountability partner, or inspiration, but TRW is all about focusing on your unique physical and mental improvement.
