Meet Brooke! As one of our resident yoga gurus, she keeps us motivated to follow our dreams, achieve big things, and kick some serious ass.
And with that, tell us about yourself Brooke...
1) Provide a quick background. Who are you, what do you teach, and whatever else you're willing to share.
I am an interior designer and a yoga teacher that believes in following your passions, whatever they may be. I started my own interior design business over seven years ago in my home state of Michigan. I then moved to southern California, which eventually guided me to beautiful Colorado. My yoga practice has been a part of my life throughout my journey from state to state, and it was here in Denver where I felt overly compelled to obtain my 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training certification four years ago. I absolutely love sharing my passion for finding peace in our homes and in our minds & bodies.
2) What inspired you to join The REBEL Workout and how long have you been a part of the business?
I was looking for the perfect fit! The stars aligned and I found REBEL. I have loved being a part of this amazing team for about nine months now.
3) What does a typical day look like for you?
Because I am my own boss, my day is different everyday. I love it!! Although, there are the main things that always remain pretty consistent... My morning mindset practice, yoga, & interior design!!
