Oh HEYYYYY Lacy and Troy! These babes have been REBELS for 4 months, and we’re excited to introduce you to them today!

Alright guys, give us the deets: who are you, where are ya from, and whaddya do?

Hi! My name is Lacy Scott, I’m a Colorado native - I was born and raised in Grand Junction, CO. I went to undergraduate school at University of Georgia (Go DAWGS) and law school at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, MI. I moved back to Denver in 2007, and I am an employment law and subrogation attorney at DCWYB&E, P.C.

Hi! My name is Troy Scott, I am from Omaha, Nebraska (Go Big Red). I am a transplant to Denver, and have been here since 1998. I do custom cabinetry for a living - I’m a jack of all trades and enjoy taking on different projects. I’m definitely a handyman!

We got married in 2012 and we are going to celebrate our 5 year anniversary this year in Mexico. We were looking for a gym that was close to Lacy’s work and, luckily, we found The REBEL Workout. We wanted a gym that offers challenging classes, is fun, and motivates us. We have been members of the REBEL Workout for 4 months and love it here.

1. What does a typical day in your life look like?

Workweeks are typically boring for us. We get up really early (4:30 a.m.) and head off to work. After work we find the time and energy to hit a REBEL class three times a week. After class we come home and make something for dinner and take in a little relaxation before we do it all again.

2. Go-to pre- and post-workout snack?

Pre-workout snacks consists of a Larabar, almonds, or an apple with peanut butter. Post-workout snacks are usually dinner for us, which typically consists of a grilled chicken salad.

3. What results have you seen since becoming a REBEL?

Lacy: I have more energy, I am stronger, my squats are getting deeper, and I’ve lost some weight!
Troy: My energy levels are higher, my stamina has increased, and overall core is getting stronger.

4. Favorite way to sweat outside of TRW?

We have two large dogs (Cane Corsos) and we love taking them for long walks and hikes.

5. What's the best about being a REBEL?

The trainers, the community, and the challenges of each class. We feel a sense of accomplishment after we complete each class!
