5 Questions with REBEL Client Erin | Blog by The REBEL Workout

We have a REBEL fav to introduce you to - meet Erin!

Tell us a bit about yourself Erin - where you’re from, what you do, and how long you’ve been a REBEL.

I'm a Colorado native. I grew up in Morrison listening to Red Rocks concerts from my front yard. I love to travel, cook and watch football (Go Broncos!). I work as an IT Business Analyst in the mining industry, which has allowed me the opportunity to travel and live all over the world. I have been a REBEL for a little over a year. I found The REBEL Workout online while looking for a gym when I was moving back from living in Australia. I thought it was the gym for me just by reading the reviews, but have found it is so much more than a gym. More than any review can describe! A place where everyone is welcome, and where they really care about all aspects of you and your wellbeing.

1. What is your fav REBEL class, and why?

I love Saturday REBEL classes with Melissa & Ryan. They both contribute to the routine so you get the intricate Pilates style movements from Melissa, mixed with Ryan's explosive plyo moves. It's the perfect mash up, making a tough workout every week.

2. What's one thing that keep you motivated?

I never get bored at REBEL, it's always something different. And I have never felt better in my life!

3. What results have you seen since becoming a REBEL?

I started losing weight by changing my diet about 3 years ago, and have lost around 70 pounds since then. When the weight loss stalled, I realized that I needed to add exercise to the equation. I joined The REBEL Workout with the goal of losing weight, which I have done. But more importantly, I am so much stronger than I was a year ago. My balance, posture and mind/body connection have all also improved tremendously. And, because a picture is worth a thousand words ….

4. Do you have any advice for someone's first REBEL class?

Don't be intimidated. You will be challenged and have your limits tested, but it's a community of support and love.

5. What's the best part about being a REBEL?

The REBEL family!
