Just make these waffles already!
COCONUT FLOUR WAFFLES
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup melted butter or coconut oil
1/4 cup coconut sugar
3/4 cup tapioca starch
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1. Preheat waffle iron.
2. In a blender combine eggs, coconut milk, butter, and sugar. Blend for 1 minute.
3. Add all remaining ingredients and blend for an additional 1 minute.
4. Spread batter into waffle iron. Should make 5-7 waffles.
5. Top with sauteed blueberries or topping of choice.
