This class is taught by:

Heidi Hamill

Sweet on the outside, spunky, spitfire on the inside! Heidi trains you to take on everyday adventures and challenges with gusto. A long time outdoor enthusiast, dancer, and tassel wearing roller skater, Heidi’s focus is on strengthening the entire body to be agile, flexible and resilient for activities done outside the studio.  She has a knack for making your abs sore for days and will challenge you to think differently about your everyday activities.

Heather Dettmann

Heather Dettmann has been dancing since she could stand and started formal ballet classes at the age of three. She continued her classical ballet training, performing with Indianapolis Ballet Theatre, Ballet International, Jordan College Academy of Dance, and Milwaukee Ballet. After high school she moved to New York City for a summer with Steps on Broadway before attending college at the University of Wisconsin Madison. While pursuing an undergraduate degree in Biology, Heather joined the company at Madison Ballet. When she experienced a serious injury during her third season with the company she discovered a passion for restorative yoga, pilates, and barre. She quickly increased her involvement in teaching and found enormous joy in helping others heal, strengthen, tone, and explore movement. Heather's classes aim to create positive energy through movement and maintain a focus on alignment, influenced by her dance background. She believes that great workouts make us all happier people and is forever in pursuit of the perfect class playlist. In her spare time, Heather enjoys gluten-free cooking, hiking, snowboarding, running with her golden retriever, and planning travel adventures with her husband Dylan.

Alejandra DeOlivera

Alejandra’s aim is to be a bringer of good vibes. She’s a passionate
teacher & mother, and strives to be a lesson learner and grower in all
aspects of life. Her high energy classes are driven by music, beats,
strong fluid movements made with intention, fast paced runs, and high
intensity climbs. Whether on the bike or on the mat- her classes are
challenging, sweaty and are set to pump you up but to keep your mind
at zen. Beginner to advanced, she’s got you covered.

Outside of the gym, she's an avid student of 80's and 90's pop and hip
hop culture, she’s an enthusiastic supporter of taco Tuesdays (also
Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays) and if you’re out on a bike ride
together she’ll challenge you to a race, leave you in the dust, and
hug you afterwards.
